how to set up proxy and use on every browser?

hey here is the steps for setting it.............

go to control panel>network and internet>internet option>connection>under Dial-up and virtual private networks setting>select connection which you want to configure and fill proxy like show up in pic.......

now its done now you can use free net but the main thing is this you have to make homepage 'Fb.me'

now you can use it for free on zero balance but put ur url under that proxy sites!!
